The Villa is decorated in elegant, luxury contemporary furniture’s design: White wooden floor, white leather couch sitting 12. All white with a 6 meter high glass wall opening directly onto the garden and a nice small terrace!

The owners are Art collectors, and the white feeling is only distracted by pieces of Contemporary Art Masters mixed with Chinese Haan antiques. Very sophisticated!

The living room (80 m2) leads to a formal dining room seating 10 guests , and the white lacquered gourmet kitchen (a dishwasher, a stove, a oven, micro wave , coffee machine and a seat in area) , also conveniently located on the same floor will provides everything a cook is looking for...

The Master quarter is located on the 2^nd floor on a mezzanine overlooking the living room and the garden: Gorgeous!!

The Master quarter consists of a large bedroom along with 2 bathrooms (his and her’s ), and a closet.

The other bedrooms ( 3 plus a convertible) are located downstairs having with complete privacy 2 bathrooms (each with a large American standard shower cabin and toilet) and a direct access to the garden as well.

The house is Air conditioned and gather all the modern amenities a luxury house should ( 4 meter projector screen in the living room , 46” LCD in the master , Cable TV , DVD, High speed internet, Private phones ,spacious closet space) . Linen, towels, china and cutlery are provided.
